Building I is for offices and services and, most importantly, it is largely powered by solar panels. This has been confirmed by how good we rated on the BREEAM certificate, a document that also certifies the use of eco materials, an efficient use of energy and water, as well as a positive impact on air quality. Park II is the next phase of the investment. Its interior will meet the needs and requirements of future tenants, following the “shell and core” principle to ensure functionality at the highest level in the future.

The Park Wroclaw is 17.043,63 sq m of available, eco-friendly usable space that combines functionality, a modern and modest design, and a proximity of nature. The campus comprises two main buildings, a spacious parking lot (774 spaces in total) equipped with charging stations for electric cars, and a common event venue open to the surrounding green area. The investment is fully neutral in terms of CO2 usage, helping us reduce our carbon footprint while producing our own energy. The remaining power deficits are covered by obtaining fully green energy from our partners.

Caring for the environment
The Park Wroclaw is a complex that cares about the people and about the environment, too. All our actions are governed by an urge to have a positive impact on ecological aspects. So that everyone – including the tiniest microorganisms – have an improved quality of life.
The decision to invest in green energy at our facility has brought about an annual CO2 reduction of as much as 180 657 kg! The Park Wroclaw not only produces green solar energy – we obtain the remaining energy needed exclusively from green and renewable sources. We also encourage our tenants to undertake ecologic and sustainable actions. The Park has e-car charging stations, as well as designated parking spaces for share cars only. This way we reduce our carbon footprint. We believe that small gestures and changes made to our habits may have positive impact on our planet, as long as they are consciously implemented by most of the society.
Apart from many plants, trees and shrubs, we also decided to earmark a special place for green space – a floral meadow that will be the home for many plant and animal species. We don’t want to create yet another office complex that prioritizes mass production and profit. We want to create a functional and useful place which meets the expectations of its tenants, which is driven by ecologic principles, and is nature-friendly.
